Hector Zambrano (shown above) introduced Seafood to Little Mexico Restaurants and has painstakingly shared techniques for incorporating Fish and Shrimp into the menus of already delicious recipes. Shrimp Chili Rellenos, Grilled Salmon and Camarones Mojo De Ajo make ordering a bit difficult since guests really would like to try one of each. |
