| In 1977 Rosario & Yolanda Palomarez opened the doors to the original Little Mexico Mexican Restaurant. Since the very beginning the scrumptious recipes used at the Restaurants have been original Palomarez family favorites, mostly created by Yolanda. The Breakfast Menus include homemade Charizo made by her son George, using her special recipe. Each entree is the same mouth-watering dish Yolanda likes to cook in her own kitchen at home, and serve to her family and friends. Other great recipes used at Little Mexico Restaurants came from the late Socorro Estrada, George’s Mother-In Law. |

Five years after the opening of the original Restaurant Rosario & Yolanda’s son George & his wife Pat along with her parents Frank & Socorro Estrada joined the forces. Fast forward to 2005 - George & Pat own, manage & operate the Restaurants along with their son Carlos, who sees over the Steakhouse. |
